As a (very!) small business, we don't have the ability to manage refunds. Unfortunately, that means all sales are final. We can only consider refunds for items that have been damaged during shipment. These refunds need to be requested within 30 days of purchase and include photos of the damaged item.
When you shop at Persnickety, you are buying a handmade or previously owned item. It probably won't be perfect! Please keep that in mind as you browse our products.
